Love This Product! September 30, 2008
I used this for the first time today and I LOVE it! I have a ten-month old, 45 lb. yellow lab who was starting to pull pretty badly. On top of that, I'm five and a half months pregnant, and I was afraid to walk him because I didn't want to fall. This harness is a miracle worker! I walked my dog tonight with no problem at all. The only thing is that the large barely fits my dog even as small as it will go, while the medium at its largest fitting is too small--but that's not the harness' fault! I would definitely recommend this product.
Gentle Leader Harness the BEST! August 31, 2008
I am fostering a spinning deafblind pup who had no leash experience. This harnes puts her on a perfect lead, and with a coupler, I can walk TWO deafblinds in perfect sync. I recommend this to all blind dog owners and am presently shopping for my big hearing sighted lab who will chase a squirrel or dog.
I LOVE THIS HARNESS. I have tried the head collar, but all my dogs panicked in it and horrors every one of them got out of it! Fortunately they were double leased with their regular neck collar.

I have 2 Lab/Shepard mixes that total around 160 pounds together. Our boy dog was a horrbile puller who was making it nearly impossible for me to walk him without my boyfriend's assitance. He would pull roughly when we approached other dogs. This harness has been a life saver.

I can not express what a good deal this thing is. I have wasted so much money trying different collars and harnesses for my 2 year old Black Lab/Golden Retriever mix, Cooper. He would pull so hard he would stand up on two feet and choke himself relentlessly until his eyes turned bright red and he couldn't breathe. Other than walking he behaved perfectly. I used as much behavior training as I did collars and still couldn't get him to walk. I was skeptical about this harness at first just because nothing has worked. But I figured I would give it a try based on all the good reviews I had read, not expecting much. First time I put it on him he walked perfectly like he had been doing it forever. I am still amazed. I would recommend this for anyone with the same problem. It takes a little bit to get it to fit just right, but once you do you will never have problems again!
