Easy to put together, convenient kitty washroom November 10, 2008

This kitty washroom was easy to assemble, and for the most part, keeps our cat litter contained. Some litter still gets tracked out on his paws, but this is much more esthetic and pleasing to the eye than the regular top that you can buy for your cat's litter box. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Great product - easy to assemble and great-looking! If you want to hide away your unsightly litter box, this is the classiest way to do it -it is very easy to assemble and it goes together very nicely - just follow the directions and you're there! I would highly recommend this product.

I'm sorry to say I didn't like it because I keep finding cat pee underneath the litter pan which means I have to keep washing the inside of the cat washroom. I'm not sure if it was my cat but I went back to the Boodadome because it's easy and contains the cat waste.
If anyone's interested in buying my cat washroom, email me at effdee2 with the at symbol then yahoo followed by dot com. I can send photos of it then disassemble and ship it. Otherwise if there's no interest, it's going to the local Goodwill.

My mother ordered this over two months ago, we didn't buy through Amazon but I felt I should review it anyway.
The prouct itself is fantastic, but it would be even better if we had ALL THE PIECES! We waited over a MONTH for this to finally arrive. When it did, I was so excited I decided to put it together before my mom got home to surprise her. I had two side panels, labeled "A" and "B" that were clearly BOTH the same (LEFT) panel. I assembled it as best I could (back couldn't go in place, some screws are exposed) and called the company we ordered it from. They had me call Merry Products to explain which peice was missing. I told them (according to the diagram) I needed panel "B," the RIGHT side. No problem, they would ship it out for us. Fast Forward another month, a Fedex package finally arrived. Enclosed was the WRONG PANEL. This one is labelled "B" and is again, clearly, an "A" left side panel. Looks like we're in for ANOTHER MONTH of waiting...
We have been using the product haphazardly since we got it. It is wobbly because it's not assembled correctly and has no back panel, but tucked into a corner it functions like it should. We have three cats, one of which is pushing 20lbs and 13 years and he figured it out quickly and has no problem fitting inside or through the door. It's cute, it matches our bathroom cabinet, and mostly keeps the litter off the floor (we recently put a small rug in front of it to catch the loose stuff)
Overall the product itself is great, and I would reccommend it. Just hope you get all the right parts the first time!
