We bought this training system almost 3 years ago. We had a VERY unruly lab/bloodhound mix that always ran off. After just a month of using the collar she hardly ever ran off again. After a few months of using it we'd put it on her but never even "turn it on" and she was a great dog. Eventually we didn't have to use it anymore. We never had any problems with it at all. You just have to remember to charge it up. The only thing is that the collar was long on her and we never cut it down to size so she chewed off the excess, HAHA. But other than that it was a GREAT investment!

I bought this about a year ago and it has worked fine in all conditions, but this past weekend it just quit functioning. It appears to be charging and appears to turn on and off, but when I test the "zap" there is nothing.

I bought this item thinking it would be just like the rest, so so. It wasnt. Innotek out did themselves on this 1000 yard trainer. I have a one year old Lab that is quite adventuresome, and its made her a new dog. She has more freedom now outdoors so she is much more content when she is indoors. When they say a 1000 yards they mean it. She can travel as far as she likes and i can still get her home in a matter of seconds. We use it in the house to train her to stay off the beds and couches. Its excellent. The rechargable battery is great, no more spending money on those little batteries that last a day and cost $10.00. Great range of settings too. 1 for very subtle and 15 for aggressive behavior. With tone training to eliminate the shock feature completely if you like. If you have had a bad trainer in the past and may give up your pet because you think you cant deal with them. Buy this first it will certainly change your mind. It did mine.
