CHECK THE BACK OF YOUR TRANSMITTER! IF THE NUMBERS READ "REV2", IT IS DEFECTIVE. We were sent a defective transmitter, our dog (who had been trained on the system for over a year) ran the road, was hit by a car and has a broken leg. We are lucky he is still alive. When we called the Havahart rep, she told us that a defective transmitter was sent to us.
